Privacy notice (KVKK)

Information notice and communication consent under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law.

Personal data collected through Desa Demir’s web forms and communication channels is processed for customer satisfaction research, surveys, promotion, information and marketing activities, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

The company may share this data with service providers, shipping companies, call centres and public authorities empowered by law. Communication methods include commercial e-mails, SMS/MMS messages, letters and telephone calls.

Data subject rights

Under Law No. 6698 you have the following rights:

To learn whether your data is processed
To ask about the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred
To request correction of incorrect or incomplete data
To request deletion of data whose grounds no longer apply
To object to results produced by automated analysis
To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
